Buyers and sellers cannot buy or sell ads with objectionable content on adbuffet.xyz such behavior will have you banned from use of this platform.

Objectionable content not allowed on adbuffet.xyz include ads to Links/sites with inappropriate content or that have links or banner ads that link to sites with inappropriate content. This includes ads to sites/links with adult content (porn), hate sites, or sites that promote violence. ads may not be libelous, defamatory, threatening, Racist, bigoted, abusive or contain nudity at adbuffet.xyz.

1. Description of Service.

adbuffet.xyz is a Marketplace for buying and selling social media ads and ad services. Membership is required to ensure no bogus or scammy listing.

content creators with legitimate followers who do paid promo or offer other advertising services can create an account and post a listing of their services.

Advertisers can browse the listings and buy the services directly from the content creators. The content creators set their own price and get paid only after they post the Advertiser’s ad according to the conditions they set on their listing. adbuffet.xyz requires a minimum of 24 hrs for an ad to be posted by the content creators, content creators can always add other conditions on their listing and must adhere by their promise. Buyers can check status of their jobs by logging unto the members area.

adbuffet.xyz only provides a Marketplace for this exchange and takes a small fee of 20% of the ads bought. 80% goes to the content creator.

2. Right to refuse service. adbuffet.xyz reserves the right to refuse service to any party if we believe doing that would violate federal, state or local laws or ads meant to, smear or cause one form of harm or the other to the intended party. adbuffet.xyz reserves the right to refuse service and ban any buyer or seller who refuses to pay after entering a legal binding contract by committing to buy or committing to provide advertising service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties. adbuffet.xyz website is provided on an as is and on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adbuffet.xyz makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. adbuffet.xyz shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. adbuffet.xyz disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided.

Limitation of Liability. adbuffet.xyzShall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular adbuffet.xyz shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise.

Modifications and Interruption to Service. adbuffet.xyz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Customer. adbuffet.xyz shall not be liable to customer or any third party should adbuffet.xyz exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member(s) acknowledges and accepts that adbuffet.xyzdoes not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Third-Party Sites. Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. Committing to buy a sellers advertising on this website or committing to provide an advertising service to a buyer on this website after getting a payment constitutes a legal binding contract between the parties. Customer may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

10. Customer Conduct. You understand that all information,media( data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages) or other materials ( Content ), transmitted through adbuffet.xyz, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not adbuffet.xyz, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via our website, . adbuffet.xyz does not control the Content sent via our website and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. 11. Refund policy. In case a refund is to be issued to the buyer. We charge refund processing fee charged to us by adbuffet.xyz payment processor. adbuffet.xyz  uses PayPal and Stripe for our payment processing.  if you need a refund, it will be your refund minus the fee Payment processor(s)  charges adbuffet.xyz to issue the refund.
